Big Syl with another double-double
Sylvia Fowles, on the same day she was named the WNBA Player of the Week, turned in another outstanding performance with yet another double-double. Big Syl poured in 26 points, grabbed 18 rebounds, blocked 2 shots and passed off for 2 assists but it wasn't enough as the Chicago lost to Indiana. Syl also continued her great run at the free throw line hitting 8 of 8.

Roneeka Hodges came off the bench for San Antonio to score 10 points while grabbing 4 rebounds to lead her team to victory over Connecticut. Rookie Allison Hightower logged 12 minutes off the bench scoring 4 points.
